I finished this for A-kon 15's art show. Whew. Maybe I needed to get sleep so that I could drive but I think that's a bit over rated. 
Anyway, I tried some new coloring things with this picture. Mostly on the insturments and the Microphones. I ran color half tone over the mics to get the texture. I used mostly paths to get the cel shading on the characters. Please look at the picture. =]
Oh and I posted the steps I took to draw the picture in my scraps section. They can be found starting here:

Awesome job on Ed's automail by the way. I could never quite master that.
Yay! I'm glad I finished it too. ;_; It was touch and go for a bit there as friends were calling and going 'so when do we leave for the con?' Sweats and keeps coloring. I'm not sure what my secret to making the guys look good. I think it might be all the nekkid pictures of dudes I own. :sweat:
Anyway, yeah Ed's automail was hard to get reference for. I used mostly manga pictures. At A-kon I bought the manga guide book so now I have better reference. Giggles. Hmm, I still need to finish that other picture of Ed I have. Maybe do a picture of Roy.

I hope these helps since the tool was hella hard to figure out and still drives me up the wall sometimes. It's kind of fun though once you're use to it. I may end up using Illustrator just to be able to get the full range of vector fun.
